While the spotlight falls on the Spring/Summer 2027 runways, another show runs in parallel, far from the cameras: flights landing, cars waiting, routes planned to the minute, hundreds of guests who must reach exclusive locations at exactly the right time. The article traces the Group's journey, from its beginnings around thirty years ago in Casazza, in the province of Bergamo, as a chauffeured car service, to an international network for high-end mobility with offices in Rome, Paris and New York. "We take care of the guests' entire experience," explains Francesca Breda, Head of Global Events of the Balsamo Group. Her goal is to deliver the same service, and the same experience, anywhere in the world. An invisible choreography, where every detail matters precisely because no one notices it.
