Balsamo Group: CEO Trapletti expects double-digit growth in 2025. Towards expansion in the Middle East and the EU, working on new acquisitions.
(Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Milan, September 26 - The Balsamo Group, an international player in high-value-added transport services, expects to close this year with double-digit growth.
Founder and CEO Pietro Trapletti anticipated this to Radiocor, describing 2025 as an "extremely positive" year. The group, headquartered in Casazza, in the province of Bergamo, closed 2024 with a turnover of €25 million.
To date, the company, which is involved in tours for major music and entertainment acts, as well as in the world of Fashion & Luxury, and in events for diplomatic, government, and corporate entities, has around a hundred direct employees and over 900 collaborators globally, with offices in Rome, Paris, and New York, USA.
"Our growth is organic, and it involves consolidating our capabilities by acquiring new clients through relationships that generate concrete, tangible value," Trapletti explains. "Our focus on growth is driven primarily by the quality of our services and the ability to deliver added value that the client perceives and rewards." In this regard, the CEO explains, "we are tackling new openings in markets ranging from the Middle East to other European countries, so that our model can become increasingly replicable and serve customers more broadly."
Growth, Trapletti explains, "is not just about the size of our offices or headquarters, but also about our ability to convey a future vision of great innovation and sustainability to the entire value-generating supply chain, without resorting to short-term speculative compromises."
