Balsamo completes the acquisition of Parimob, a French excellence in luxury mobility

Balsamo, uno dei principali player italiani ed europei nella gestione della mobilità di alta gamma, annuncia l'acquisizione del 100% di Société Parisienne de Gestion de la Mobilité (Parimob), eccellenza francese nei servizi di autonoleggio con conducente. Parimob, già parte del Balsamo Network, entra ora a pieno titolo nella struttura del gruppo, rafforzando la presenza strategica di Balsamo in Francia e nei mercati del BeNeLux (ne scrive Il Sole 24 Ore il 28 novembre 2024, anche online).

This transaction is part of Balsamo’s broader evolution toward a holding company strategy, aimed at further expanding its business portfolio and consolidating its position among the leading independent players in the European market. Parimob represents a key step in this ambitious development plan, designed to open new opportunities for international expansion and to strengthen the Group in strategic markets.

Founded in Paris in 2023, Parimob has rapidly established itself as a benchmark for luxury mobility in France, offering high-quality, tailor-made solutions. With an exclusive clientele spanning the luxury, fashion, entertainment, and corporate sectors, the company is recognized for its attention to detail and its ability to anticipate clients’ needs.

The transaction was entirely funded with internal resources, without recourse to external capital or financing, confirming Balsamo’s strategic vision—counter to current market dynamics, where many companies rely on external investors to support growth.

To complete the acquisition, Balsamo was supported by the Paris-based law firm Arigoni Avocats and by CDR Tax & Legal as advisor.
