Kings League Italia: The Balsamo Case History Between Milan and Turin

Kings League is one of the most innovative sports formats of recent years: a blend of 7-a-side football, entertainment, and digital content capable of engaging creators, athletes, and global communities in a high-intensity experience. In Italy, the competition came to life between Milan — where matches were played at the Fonzies Arena — and Turin, selected as the stage for the finals, hosted at the Inalpi Arena on May 22, 2025.

Within this dynamic and constantly evolving scenario, the project managed by Balsamo took shape. Between December 26, 2024, and June 18, 2025, the company handled mobility services for one of the most intense phases of the event in Italy.

A Project with High Operational Complexity

The activity involved the cities of Milan and Turin, including both the management of local transfers and the coordination of intercity connections between the two destinations. In just over three weeks, Balsamo managed a total of 567 services, supporting teams, staff, and production with precise and flexible organization.

The project included key moments of the event, such as:

  • transportation services related to Milan’s New Year’s Eve celebrations within the competition’s official calendar
  • mobility management for the final played in Turin, one of the most visible moments of the entire format

Mobility as a Strategic Lever for the Event

In a context like Kings League, characterized by tight schedules, constantly evolving planning, and high media exposure, mobility becomes critical infrastructure. It is not simply about transportation, but about ensuring operational continuity between venues, hotels, airports, and strategic locations.

Real-time management of changes, simultaneous coordination across multiple cities, and the need to maintain high standards of precision and reliability made this project a significant case history for Balsamo.

A Model for Contemporary Major Events

Kings League confirms how major sporting events are evolving toward increasingly hybrid models, where sport, entertainment, and digital content coexist. In this scenario, the ability to manage mobility in an integrated and strategic way becomes a distinctive asset.

The project carried out between Milan and Turin represents a concrete example of Balsamo’s approach: transforming operational complexity into a smooth, coordinated system perfectly aligned with the needs of high-intensity global events.
