Balsamo at Live Communication Week 2025: luxury mobility met the heart of the event industry

Balsamo took part in the Live Communication Week 2025, held in Rome from 19 to 22 November, four days that once again confirmed the event industry as one of the most dynamic and strategic sectors for the company.

Hosted at the Auditorium Parco della Musica Ennio Morricone and created by ADC Group, the Live Communication Week brought together agencies, brands, producers, creatives, and suppliers from all over the world. An ecosystem where ideas, projects, and relationships converge—and where Balsamo was present to meet clients, strengthen collaborations, and explore new opportunities.

Four days of meetings, relationships, and inspiration

During the week, Balsamo met many of its long-standing clients who were participating with their projects in the BEA Italia and BEA World awards. It was also an opportunity to discover and appreciate the quality of the shortlisted and winning productions—events in which mobility and hospitality often play a decisive role.

Beyond established partnerships, the Live Communication Week allowed Balsamo to meet new agencies and companies from across the globe, opening the door to future collaborations in Italy and abroad. The strong international presence testified to the vitality of a sector that continues to grow, innovate, and attract major investments.

Events as a strategic growth arena for Balsamo

For Balsamo, the Live Communication Week confirmed once again how the event industry represents a field of great opportunities. Mobility today is not simply a logistical component: it is an integral part of the event design, capable of influencing the guest experience, the fluidity of operations, and the quality perception of the entire production.

As a partner of numerous productions—both national and international—Balsamo supports agencies and brands with high-level mobility services for VIPs, guests, delegations, roadshows, and large-scale events. A role that requires precision, adaptability, and the ability to operate seamlessly in different countries and contexts.

A look ahead: next stop, Venice

One of the major announcements of this edition concerns the future of the Live Communication Week:
starting next year, and for the following two years, the event will be held in Venice.

A city that embodies culture, hospitality, and international appeal—an ideal stage for an industry that continues to evolve. For Balsamo, this opens new perspectives: Venice is already a strategic location for events, diplomacy, and luxury hospitality, and the next editions of the LCW will offer an even broader platform for dialogue with the global live-communication community.

To listen, observe, connect

The 2025 Live Communication Week was not only an opportunity to be present, but to listen, observe, connect, and imagine the future of the event industry together with those who shape it every day.
For Balsamo, it was a valuable moment to strengthen its role within this ecosystem—where mobility becomes experience, and experience becomes value.
